Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aerospace/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree or 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in automotive, aerospace, defense, propulsion, turbomachinery, additive manufacturing, machining, assembly, or complex mechanical systems environments.

Responsabilités

• Own manufacturing process execution, capability, and production readiness for assigned areas/processes/products.
• Translate product manufacturing strategy into capable, repeatable production processes.
• Develop, implement, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes across additive manufacturing, machining, assembly, inspection, post-processing.
• Lead process implementation and production-readiness from NPI transfer through sustained production and ramp.
• Lead development and maintenance of PFMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions, and routings.
