Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks a Project Manager to join its Proposal Development Team. The successful candidate will manage proposals for commercial spacecraft delivery services and systems, develop SoWs, schedules, budgets, and risk registers, and engage with customers, partners, and vendors involved in the proposal process.

On-site in Pittsburgh is preferred, with remote work considered for strong candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
4+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in project management.
Experience in aerospace proposals or similar defense-related work.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the proposal development process from kickoff through submission for NASA, DoW, and other customers.
Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams and track deliverables with regular meetings.
Develop and manage proposal schedules, milestones, and final submission readiness.
Develop SoWs, schedules, budgets, and risk registers for proposals.
Assist in writing PM-related proposal sections such as schedules, pricing, risk, and plans.
Engage with external partners and vendors supporting proposals.
Communicate with customers (CO), attend industry days, submit Q&A, monitor portals.
Identify, track, and ensure compliance with all proposal requirements.
Plan and run internal proposal color reviews; maintain templates and content libraries.
