Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to join its Proposal Development Team in Pittsburgh. You will manage the creation of proposals for our spacecraft delivery service and related systems, reporting to the Director of Proposal Development.

You will develop SoWs, schedules, budgets, and risk registers while engaging customers, partners, and vendors. Strong communication, organization, and independent leadership are essential in this role at Voyager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in project management.
• Experience managing hardware or software programs within the aerospace industry or similar field.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with a tenacious attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to motivate and influence others and foster a productive team environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal development process from kickoff through submission for NASA, DoW, and other customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams by assigning roles, tracking deliverables, and holding regular check-ins.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules, milestones, and final submission.
• Develop SoWs, schedules, budgets, and risk registers for proposals.
• Assist in writing text for PM-related proposal sections (schedules, pricing, risk, PM plans).
• Engage with external partners and vendors supporting proposals.
• Engage with the proposal customer via CO, industry days, Q&A, and portal monitoring.
• Identify, track, and ensure compliance with all proposal requirements.
• Plan and run internal proposal color reviews.
• Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and archives.
