Job summary

Vitesse Systems, LLC seeks a Proposal and Contracts Analyst to join the Longmont, CO team. You will support proposal development and contract administration acrossDoD/aerospace programs, coordinating with BD, Contracts, PM, Finance, Engineering and Quality to ensure compliance and proper documentation.

The ideal candidate has DoD/aerospace experience, familiarity with FAR/DFARS flowdowns, and strong attention to detail. Apply to contribute to defense programs and regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting proposal and contract administration in defense/aerospace or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal through contract closeout, tracking and coordinating contractual requirements.
• Review RFQs/RFPs, purchase orders, contracts, amendments, and flowdowns for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and communicate contractual risks, obligations, deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, export controls, and approved terms.
• Maintain complete and accurate contract files and related records.
• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to support cost, schedule, delivery, and invoicing.
• Assist with government portals and registrations (SAM.gov, PIEE, DECCS).
• Prepare contract summaries, track exceptions, and support negotiation positions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and tools.
• Uphold company core values and perform other duties as assigned.
