Job summary

Vitesse Systems, LLC is seeking a Proposal and Contracts Analyst in Longmont, CO to manage proposal and contract administration for defense and aerospace programs. You will coordinate with Business Development, Contracts, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, and Quality to ensure accurate, compliant documentation and timely deliverables.

The role requires prior experience in proposal development, contract administration, and familiarity with FAR/DFARS flowdowns, SAM.gov, PIEE, and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of proposal and contract administration experience.
• Experience with DoD, aerospace, or regulated contracting environments.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal through contract closeout with coordination across internal teams.
• Review RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and flowdowns for compliance.
• Identify contractual risks, deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain complete contract files and support internal stakeholders.
