Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc. (AMA) is seeking a full-time, on-site Project Specialist to perform project administration support for NASA AFRC programs, including schedule creation, risk monitoring, data review, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Project Management or related field.
• Effective communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and develop schedules with project managers.
• Create, maintain, and revise project schedules for multiple AFRC programs.
• Facilitate schedule build sessions with leadership.
• Develop data collection systems and prepare reports.
• Monitor timelines, track submissions, and maintain audit files.
• Analyze schedule performance and present metrics to management.
• Support planning and control systems aligned with AFRC policies.
• Coordinate scheduling support throughout project life cycle.
• Model and evaluate different schedule structures for PMs.
• Provide scheduling and risk support across multiple projects.
