Job summary

RTX is seeking a Project Scheduler to integrate schedule design into Primavera P6, define requirements with cross-functional teams, and manage baselines and budgets for major aerospace projects.

The role emphasizes CPM analysis, risk integration, stakeholder communication, and on-site collaboration with engineering and operations teams. Onsite role with strong scheduling and budgeting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience with a scheduling program (e.g., Primavera).
• Or an advanced degree with 2+ years’ experience in scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate project schedule design and development into Primavera P6 or similar.
• Define requirements with teams and plan schedules, analyze metrics.
• Perform Critical Path analysis and reconcile to milestones.
• Manage baselines and control.
• Coordinate with suppliers to collect and deliver schedule information.
• Work with finance to track project budgets.
• Conduct schedule reviews and risk analyses.
• Provide scheduling support and training to teams.
• Develop data-driven visuals showing progress and risks.
