Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist, Project Management in Midland, GA to design, create, and maintain a multi-year capacity expansion and factory transformation program. You will collaborate with site leadership, external contractors, program management, technical and business teams to plan, monitor and analyze schedule performance and related metrics.

The role calls for strong scheduling expertise with Primavera, risk management, and budget coordination, plus the ability to lead

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3 years' experience using a PM scheduling program (e.g., Primavera).
Advanced Degree with minimum 2 years' experience using a PM scheduling program.
Experience applying project management principles to complex programs.
PMP certification or PMI-related credential a plus.

Responsibilities

Incorporate project schedule design using Primavera P6 or similar tool.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and integrated product teams to plan schedules.
Perform Critical Path analysis and milestone reconciliation.
Manage project baseline and change control processes.
Coordinate with suppliers and finance to track schedule and budget.
Conduct regular schedule reviews and risk-based planning.
