Job summary

Kearfott Corporation is seeking a Project Scheduler to collaborate with the Project Leadership team to develop and maintain schedules in accordance with GASP using MS Project. You will collect updates, manage milestones, and prepare EV reports (SPI, BCWS, BCWP) while forecasting impacts from recovery plans.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 3+ years’ scheduling experience, with strong MS Project/Excel skills and EV management expertise, in a US-based office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of project scheduling experience.
• Extremely proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Experience with Earned Value Management methodologies.
• Experience in managing highly technical product developments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to respond to multiple requests and changing priorities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and writing skills.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain valid schedules per Generally Accepted Scheduling Principles (GASP) using MS Project.
• Collect and update schedule data including actual, new and remaining work.
• Generate Earned Value reports (SPI, BCWS, BCWP) and project staffing plans.
• Assist leadership with path analyses, staffing analyses, and PowerPoint reports.
• Create What-If schedules and identify milestones, phase gates and decision points.
• Audit project schedules and troubleshoot scheduling issues.
