• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Ability to interpret technical requirements, engineering docs, BOMs, and changes into schedules.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration to influence multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of resource-loaded integrated master plans and schedules for highly complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee tracking of project plans and schedules to ensure alignment on demand, supply, capacity, and execution priorities across functions and programs.
• Coordinate new project introduction and engineering change activity into the schedule, managing effectivity dates and plans.
• Monitor adherence to the master schedule, track program milestones, on-time start/completions, schedule attainment, and risks.
• Drive corrective actions with program team, operations, and supply chain.
• Partner with supply chain to plan long-lead and regulated components (ITAR, export-controlled, electronics, composites).
• Maintain planning data integrity in the ERP/MRP system (BOMs, routing-based lead times, work centers).
• Provide status and risk updates to program management and leadership on bids, proposals and capacity planning.
• Assist in audits related to planning and scheduling requirements in defense aerospace environments.
• Support risk and opportunity plans so schedule and resource impacts are managed.
• Perform other duties as required.
