Job summary

AEVEX in Solana Beach, California, is seeking a Program Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated master schedules across defense aerospace programs. You will synchronize inputs from program management, engineering, supply chain, and operations to meet contractual milestones and delivery commitments.

This onsite, full-time role requires ERP/MRP experience, strong scheduling skills, and effective cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools.
Ability to interpret technical requirements, engineering documentation, BOMs, and configuration changes into executable schedules.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration to influence operations, engineering, supply chain, growth, and programs teams.
Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and systems.
Proficient in schedule performance and program health metrics analysis.
Strong attention to detail in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, development and coordination of resource-loaded integrated master plans and schedules.
Oversee tracking and maintenance of project plans to align demand, supply, and execution priorities across functions.
Coordinate new project introductions and engineering changes into the schedule, managing effectivity dates.
Monitor adherence to the master schedule and track milestones, on-time starts/completions, and risks.
Drive corrective actions with program teams, operations and supply chain.
Support risk and opportunity plans and processes to manage schedule impacts.
