Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups) and ability to learn MS Project quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline-driven execution.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain MS Project schedules with current progress inputs, milestones and dependencies.
• Ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with PBM-defined structure; assist with re-baselining as needed.
• Populate and maintain Earned Value (EV/EVMS) reports and explain variances.
• Support integration of EVMS into ERP systems for improved data accuracy and visibility.
• Maintain data integrity between schedule, budget and performance metrics.
• Prepare programmatic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with staffing forecasts and material purchase order tracking.
• Monitor expenditures and reconcile with program controls.
• Produce monthly health reports, dashboards and supporting documentation.
