Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Operations, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience, or an MBA with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or a similarly regulated hardware development environment.
• Experience with financial performance management: budgets, baselines, variance reporting, and recovery planning.
• Proven track record managing critical path and high-visibility deliverables under significant schedule pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead product from concept through development, qualification, and production transition.
• Engage with engineering to track maturity, test status, and qualification progress.
• Own and manage the critical path across all assigned projects with risk awareness.
• Identify and mitigate roadblocks with recovery plans and tracking tools.
• Define resource needs and establish MOS; own SOW and scope discipline.
