Job summary

Blue Origin in Seattle is seeking a Project Manager III to lead cross-functional teams delivering core avionics and spacecraft hardware from concept through production. You will own schedules, budgets, risk, and deliveries, while partnering with engineering, finance, legal, and supply chain.

You will drive MOS, IMS, and KPI reporting, keeping teams aligned through milestones. A strong background in aerospace hardware and program management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Operations, or equivalent.
• 10+ years PM/8+ years with Master's in relevant field; hardware/regulated environment.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or similar hardware development.
• Experience with budgets, baselines, variance reporting, and recovery planning.
• US citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead product from concept to production transition for core avionics and spacecraft systems.
• Engage with engineering, test, and qualification teams; ensure hardware readiness gates.
• Own critical path; identify risks and implement recovery plans.
• Define MOS; manage SOW; maintain IMS and program cadence.
• Drive cross-functional decisions and optimize workflows and KPIs.
