Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with scheduling software/ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily schedule and budget inquiries from Program Management and Operations Management; develop understanding of business systems and processes.
• Assist with level-loading cells within the assigned Cell Group to maintain accurate schedule status.
• Perform material reconciliation activities for accounting and project tracking purposes.
• Maintain project schedules in the Company PDM system using templates or released MBOMs under guidance.
• Communicate with Project Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Operations Managers regarding schedule needs.
