Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Controls Analyst to join the Program Planning & Controls team.

You’ll ensure cost-schedule integration, disciplined execution, and robust performance management across a diverse portfolio for DoD, NASA, and commercial customers. You will help transition legacy forecasting tools to a single enterprise solution (ForProject and Empower), coordinate with enterprise finance, and align reporting with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning in aerospace/defense environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Experience in cost control, performance measurement, and EV analysis in aerospace/defense programs.
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting in a programmatic context.
• Proficiency with Excel, cost reporting tools, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of EVM and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance.
• Clear communication with technical and finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze time-phased cost baselines with program schedules.
• Support PMB development and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
• Prepare program performance metrics (BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, EAC).
• Ensure cost-schedule integration with the EVMS reporting.
• Interface with corporate finance for forecasting and planning cycles.
• Collaborate with PMs, CAMs, Eng, Contracts, and Procurement on ETCs.
• Monitor and report program performance using KPIs and dashboards.
• Assist in proposal pricing, BOE development, and transition to execution.
