Job summary

Pressco Products is seeking an experienced Program / Account Manager to oversee aerospace customer accounts and programs. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, pricing, and quality compliance, ensuring on‑time delivery and effective cross‑functional collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in aerospace program/account management, strong communication, and proficiency with customer portals. This is an on‑site, full‑time position with competitive benefits and potential limited remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, account management, customer service, or a closely related role within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience using customer portals, workspaces, or program systems such as MoveIT, cFolders, ESIS, or similar customer platforms.
• Strong understanding of purchase order processing and change order management.
• Ability to own assigned customer accounts and help shape growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer statements of work, including schedule commitments, budget expectations, customer requirements, and quality standards.
• Use customer portals and program systems to access requirements, track program information, and support efficient execution.
• Review and prepare proposals, contracts, and long‑term agreements; coordinate with engineering, estimating, production leads, and customer service.
• Lead program planning by reviewing pricing, lead times, risks, and project status.
• Monitor and optimize On‑Time Delivery (OTD) metrics and communicate schedule changes as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure lead times and evaluate cost impacts before approvals.
