Job summary

Rubbercraft is seeking an Account Program Manager (Aerospace) in Long Beach, CA. You will be the primary contact for key aerospace customers, managing orders, ERP updates, and program reporting to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in aerospace account or program management, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; travel ~10% is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Program Management, Inside Sales, or related roles in aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience supporting OEM aerospace customers (e.g., Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Gulfstream, Northrop Grumman, Bell, GE Aerospace, RTX, Pratt & Whitney, Airbus).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to meet delivery and quality objectives.
• Experience working within ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned aerospace OEM and strategic customer accounts.
• Develop trusted relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, business reviews, and site visits.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet commitments.
• Monitor delivery performance, quality metrics, and customer scorecards.
• Prepare customer scorecards, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Manage order entry, revisions, ERP updates, and contract reviews.
• Travel to customer locations as needed (approximately 10%).
