Sonaca North America is seeking a Key Accounts Manager to oversee relationships with major customers and steer projects from development through execution. The role requires collaboration with Estimating, Contracts, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure profitable, on-time program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of aerospace industry experience in customer service, program/project management, or production management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with MRP systems and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key customers and drive profitability of contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and monitor project performance.
• Prepare monthly progress updates and client presentations.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Contracts, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain across programs.
• Lead a team of contract administrators and seek process improvements.
