CTL Aerospace Opco LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead aerospace customer programs from award through delivery. This hands-on role requires collaborating with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to fix real-time manufacturing issues and drive process improvements.

The PM will own schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aerospace program management, experience with major OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers,

Competenze

• 5+ years as a Program Manager in aerospace.
• Experience managing programs with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and MRP/ERP systems.
• Hands-on shop floor experience in a plant environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Own end-to-end program performance including schedule, cost, quality, and delivery.
• Serve as primary customer-facing representative and manage reviews and issues.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and risk registers.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and escalation meetings.
