Job summary

CTL is seeking a Program Manager at its northern Cincinnati composite manufacturing facility to own aerospace programs from award to delivery. You will work with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes.

The role requires hands-on plant involvement, leadership of cross-functional reviews, and strong customer communication with major OEMs. Knowledge of AS9100 and ITAR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Aerospace program management experience with schedule, cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Hands-on plant involvement with shop floor teams and problem solving.
• Strong communication and customer-facing interaction with major OEMs.
• Experience with composite materials manufacturing and ITAR considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program performance, including schedule adherence, cost, and quality.
• Serve as primary customer-facing representative and manage reviews and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, risk registers, and action trackers.
• Lead cross-functional program reviews, IPTs, milestones, and escalation meetings.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks on the production floor and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering on process improvements.
• Support capacity planning and production scheduling to meet commitments.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and drive data-informed solutions.
• Improve MRP configuration and data integrity with IT/Systems teams.
