Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace program management experience.
• Experience managing programs with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and MRP/ERP systems.
• Hands-on shop floor experience with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program performance including schedule, cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary customer-facing representative for accounts such as GE, Lockheed Martin, KHI, Middle River, and Pratt & Whitney.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and risk registers.
• Lead cross-functional program reviews and escalation meetings.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement on production processes and MRP usage.
• Support capacity planning and production scheduling to meet commitments.
