Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or Business; MBA or formal program management training is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading complex programs, ideally within aerospace or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience with structured program management methodologies (Phase Gate, Lean, Six Sigma, EVMS).
• Technical familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, welding, fabrication, and working with advanced metals.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and deliver programs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
