Job summary

Blue Origin in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead aerospace programs from concept through delivery. You will establish baseline schedules, align with engineering and facilities, and report status and risks to leadership.

This role requires 4+ years of PM experience on complex technical programs, strong planning skills, and comfort with ambiguity. Preference for NX/Teamcenter and cross-site collaboration across multiple Blue Origin facilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience on aerospace or other complex technical programs.
• Degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Experience standing up a new program or capability from concept.
• Ability to build schedules and estimates from first principles with limited data.

Responsibilities

• Establish initial project plan with scope, schedule, milestones, and success criteria.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and technical performance from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, software, and test teams.
• Lead design reviews and interface with facilities to align activation schedules with milestones.
• Produce recurring status reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
