Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a Program Manager to lead a Commercial Aerospace program with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will own the program lifecycle, manage schedules, costs, risks, and customer commitments, and serve as the primary customer focal point.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of related experience, PMP certification, and proven leadership of multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, business or related field required.
• Ten or more years of related work experience with 5+ years leading multiple projects.
• In-depth knowledge of program management processes and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong ability to analyze contracts, budgets, and schedules for complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer requirements are met and define program charter and baseline plan.
• Manage integrated schedules, data, and financial/quality performance; drive corrective actions.
• Lead development of program plans for mature and new product development.
• Organize programs by identifying expertise; manage budgets, staffing, and training.
• Oversee task planning, resource estimates, and changing program requirements.
• Maintain customer relationships as primary contact for program activities and changes.
• Present at major program reviews and document actions taken.
• Mentor teams and share program management knowledge across functions.
• Stay current with industry practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
