Qualifications

• BS in Engineering/Accounting/Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as systems engineer/program controls/scheduler.
• Competent knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Executes the integrated planning and manages the delivery of technical development across contracts to ensure compliant solutions and products.
• Develops and maintains program plans, schedules, and performance metrics; conducts trend, variance, and risk analyses to identify and mitigate issues.
• Drives operational excellence by maintaining program commitments in engineering development, mission operations training, and resource allocation.
• Tracks and reports competing program demands, aligning resources and stakeholder expectations to ensure mission success.
• Provides technical and strategic oversight of program execution, ensuring compliance with Boeing standards and customer requirements.
