Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems engineering, program controls, or scheduling.
• Competent knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Executes integrated planning and delivery of technical development per SOW across multiple contracts.
• Maintains program plans, schedules, and performance metrics with risk analyses.
• Drives operational excellence with resource allocation to support increased rates.
• Tracks competing program demands and aligns resources with stakeholder expectations.
• Provides technical and strategic program oversight per Boeing standards and customer needs.
