Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a program management professional to support launches, planning, and execution in a fast-paced environment. You will publish metrics, track budgets, milestones, and cost/schedule integration while developing Earned Value management knowledge across programs.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to certification and training requirements. A degree in a related field and proficiency with MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Degree in Business, Math, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, appropriate for topic/audience.
• Experience with IFS/ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management.
• Experience with Earned Value metrics, managing budgets and milestone fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Supports program launch and program execution.
• Supports development of program plans.
• Prepare and publish metrics and reports.
• Track budget and program financial data.
• Track milestones and identify root cause.
• Analyze program performance metrics.
• Analyze cost and schedule integration.
• Develop EVM knowledge and apply it to program.
• Supports program teams and stakeholders.
• Supports organizational feedback for utilised tools and process efficiencies.
• Complete required certification and application training.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
