Zenix Aerospace AMT/Damar in Monroe, WA is seeking a Program Manager 2 to act as the main link between customers and internal teams, planning and controlling production orders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, aerospace manufacturing experience, and the ability to work with limited supervision while leveraging MS Project and ERP tools to track status and costs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Production Control/Materials/Inventory preferred.
• Management experience in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing exposure desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aim for 100% on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications with assigned customers.
• Resolve emergent situations during non‑standard hours.
• Conduct high‑level program reviews for customers.
• Create recovery actions for late or failing products.
• Respond to engineering change requests to optimize costs.
• Negotiate with customers on pricing, lead times, and expediting.
• Forecast demand and manage shipping date estimates.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
