The candidate will develop KPIs, manage Kaizen events, and prepare financial impact reports for improvement projects while maintaining safety and quality standards within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Lean principles familiarity and ability to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coach manufacturing on setup reduction, flow improvements, inventory reduction, and visual controls.
• Administer 5S floor evaluations and ratings.
• Develop and implement 5S in manufacturing; design work stations and organize tools.
• Maintain adherence to 5S standards across the facility.
• Lead Kaizen events and train employees in lean initiatives.
• Prepare reports on improvement opportunities and financial impact.
• Identify projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and shorten cycle times.
