Job summary

Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Company, seeks a Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team and ensure program objectives are met across technical, schedule, and cost targets. The role interfaces with customers and senior management, manages tasks within a matrix organization, and supports new business opportunities.

You will coordinate with suppliers, track risks, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, CAS, GAAP, and GE procedures while mentoring junior program managers and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing and aerospace experience.
• Program Manager certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the work of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all customer requirements are satisfied throughout all phases of the project, including New Product Introduction.
• Manage customer orders, perform ERP transactions, follow processes as required for compliance and business operations support.
• Act as the principal point of contact with the customer and ensures effective day-to-day communications and relations are maintained.
• Responsible for all project deliverables, including customer satisfaction, quality to specification, technical achievement, schedule adherence and project/product cost targets/budgets.
• Provide support and guidance to supply chain management and manufacturing support to ensure customer requirements are achieved.
