Job summary

You will report to the Data Services Manager in a hybrid on-site setting at our Oak Creek headquarters, contributing to a team delivering secure avionics solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a data management or engineering administration role.
• Must be able to work on U.S. government programs or obtain security clearance in the future.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience working with an ERP System.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word and Excel).
• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
• Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
• Electronics manufacturing experience.
• Engineering Librarian experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, activate, and archive datasubmitted by various departments following proper processes.
• Perform internal audits on stalled data in the approval process.
• Prepare customer data packages for contractual deliveries.
• Participate in process improvements and assist with engineering library activities.
• Mentor the organization on configuration management services, concepts, policies, and procedures.
• Lead configuration management procedures to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Monitor process performance and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
