Responsibilities

• Flow down customer requirements to functions; manage backlog.
• Notify management of cost or schedule impacts timely.
• Coordinate responses to customer inquiries and surveys.
• Support program manager in cost, schedule, and contract analysis.
• Coordinate with operations to align schedules with commitments.
• Assist in sales forecasting and program bookings tracking.
• Support accounts receivable and invoice submittal processes.
• Ensure proper handling of hazardous waste and safety.
