• Experience with MRP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for customer/buyer communication and interface to ensure customer requirements flow down to all functions.
• Coordinate with Operations to align schedules and contractual commitments with company goals.
• Review contracts with Program Manager for Terms, Work Statements, Deliverables and funding.
• Support fiscal management by managing customer AR and invoicing processes.
• Develop and manage the program bookings and sales tracking system for monthly reporting.
• Assist in proposal development and customer submittals for new business.
