You will report to the Sr. Program Manager and IPT lead, work on a hybrid schedule from Torrance, and lead cross-functional teams through strategy, planning, risk, and performance improvement to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decisions, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Proficiency in program management tools and EVM.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee program management activities for aerospace projects.
• Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices
