Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Torrance, CA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee aerospace programs on a hybrid work schedule. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive program strategy, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with PM standards. A US citizenship is required, with 6+ years of PM experience and PMP considered a plus.

The role reports to Sr. Program Manager and IPT lead and offers a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles.
Proficiency in program management tools and EVM.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee program management activities for aerospace projects.
Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
