Senior Aerospace SSP, a division of Senior plc, seeks a Program Manager to lead new and existing aerospace programs from design through qualification to production. You will direct IPTs, manage phase-gate processes, and maintain customer relations to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or Business Administration (Finance/Marketing). MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with progressive responsibility leading to Program Manager.
• Formal training in Program Management (Phase Gate, LEAN, Six Sigma) is preferred.
• Aerospace experience with metal fabrication is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Launch and execute new programs, meeting cost, schedule and technical goals.
• Lead integrated product teams and manage phase-gate progress.
• Maintain program plans, risk assessment, and change control.
• Develop budgets with CFO and ensure milestones are met and invoiced.
