Job summary

Strata-G Solutions, LLC seeks a Program Integrator to link program management, engineering, manufacturing, and operations. You will manage integrated master schedules, monitor progress, and help leadership make data-driven decisions to deliver mission-critical projects on time.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in program integration or scheduling, preferably in aerospace or defense, with proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and the MS Office suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in program integration, coordination, or scheduling.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 with integrated master scheduling.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support program planning, milestone tracking across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules that align technical and operational activities.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional departments and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and resource conflicts, recommending proactive mitigation strategies.
• Monitor program metrics, develop reports, and present updates to leadership.
• Maintain compliance with documentation, configuration, and reporting standards.
