CUBRC, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst/Project Planning & Controls – Aerosciences Group to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for government and commercial programs. You will partner with program managers to guide decision-making and ensure program profitability.

The role emphasizes budgeting, cost analyses, and compliance with contract requirements, with onsite work in Buffalo, NY and limited hybrid options depending on program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is required.
• 3+ years in program finance, pricing or financial planning and analysis.
• Government contract knowledge preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise systems such as Deltek Costpoint preferred.
• This position is primarily onsite in Buffalo, NY, with limited hybrid flexibility depending on program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and manage program budgets, cost baselines, forecasts, and financial deliverables to support program execution.
• Monitor program financial performance, burn rates, funding utilization, and cost variances.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, analyses, and forecasts for leadership and customers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulations, and internal controls.
• Support proposal development with pricing analyses, cost estimates, and financial models.
• Review procurement requests and purchasing activities in line with policies.
