Job summary

AV seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to develop and maintain program financial plans across multiple products. You will collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Technical and other staff to ensure budgets, EACs and cost models meet contractual requirements.

You will analyze cost performance, prepare financial reports, support DCAA audits, and contribute to proposal estimates. The role requires experience in Aerospace/Defense and strong Excel skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in costing and pricing of complex development programs.
• Working knowledge of ERP, SCM, and CRM software/applications.
• Advanced MS Excel required.
• Must work effectively with other users, finance, planners and support staff.
• Cradle to Grave - Financial Management experience from proposal through delivery and payment.
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense environments.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of program financial plans including budgets and EACs.
• Compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.
• Analyzing cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.
• Preparation of project control/financial analysis reports for distribution.
• Development of complex cost and pricing models.
• Support in proposal cost estimates, DCAA audits, and contract negotiations as needed.
• Administration of complex financial analysis and variance analysis.
• Liaison between program office, operations and other support organizations on financial issues.
• Identify and drive process improvements including reports, tools and presentations.
• Possibly serve as Team Lead on new assignments.
