Job summary

Reporting to the Business Unit Director, Production Programs - Americas, you will drive cross-functional alignment and strategic customer engagement. You will manage budgets, negotiated contracts, and EV metrics while upholding AS9100 and ITAR/EAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of Program Management work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of people leadership work experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of professional work experience (incl. PM/people management).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee one or several complex programs from concept through delivery.
• Ensure schedule adherence, cost control, and technical performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, quality, sustainment.
• Negotiate contracts, manage customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and EV metrics.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.
