Job summary

AV is seeking a Sr. Manager, Program Control to lead the program control function for aerospace projects. The role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, and cost control while ensuring high quality standards.

You will work with engineering, finance, and project management to deliver data-driven insights that shape operations. The successful candidate will guide a team, implement best practices in program scheduling and performance monitoring, and drive efficiency across programs within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Advanced degree, MBA or MS highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
• Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees and assessing performance.
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
• Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes.
