Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Trainer Production 3 for the ASTAR organization in Iuka, MS. The role provides on-the-job and classroom training across assembly and production areas, helping implement new training programs and processes for manufacturing teams.

You will maintain trainee records, participate in certification programs, and support technicians, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing Engineer teams in complex composite structures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional manufacturing experience and/or related education experience.
• Strong oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas.
• Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.
