Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Production Test Engineer to support test equipment validation, write/test procedures, and improve test flows. You will lead root-cause investigations, train production teams, and ensure test software meets requirements. Requires a Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or STEM and ability to obtain a DoD clearance.

Onsite role with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents eligible for clearance.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or STEM by start date.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Experience interpreting technical documentation or writing.
• Experience in project execution.

Responsibilities

• Validate new or modified test equipment for production use.
• Ensure operation of test equipment and instructions are accurate.
• Ensure test equipment and software meet test requirements.
• Analyze predictive metrics to improve test yields and capacity.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide technical training on product and test equipment.
