Woodward, Inc. at the Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL is hiring an Operations Technician for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm). You will operate the Air Valve Production line, use hand and specialty tools, and perform inspections to ensure aerospace parts meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Follows documented procedures to produce products using specified tools and equipment.
• Observes and logs key process variables to ensure consistency and quality.

• Record daily operations and escalate concerns as needed.
