Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assembly, distribution, machining or processing department.
• Review production orders and schedules.
• Oversee staff to ensure efficient accomplishment of goals.
• Develop production schedules to meet customer requirements.

Skills

Knowledge of manufacturing operations

Problem-solving skills

Ability to supervise and delegate work

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
