The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, along with knowledge of lean methodologies. The position includes managing operations, developing teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/processing plant.
• Experience with lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of the aerospace industry preferred.
