Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer Associate’s degree (A.A.).
• Minimum three years of related experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Ability to train others and lead diverse teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of time-based improvement methods.
• Budgeting/financial principles knowledge.
• Experience hiring and developing staff.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement shift assignments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Train shift employees and ensure training requirements are current.
• Audit processes, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish clear communication between work centers and departments; delegate effectively.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S to identify quality and production improvements.
• Lead conflict resolution and proactive problem solving.
• Conduct periodic safety investigations and enforce safety policies.
• Support recruitment, selection, and development of operations personnel.
• Provide training and development through performance reviews.
