Job summary

Aerospace Manufacturing is seeking a US-Production Scheduler to join the Bethel, CT team. The role focuses on supporting the Master Production Schedule, aligning with operations, engineering, quality, and purchasing to keep production on track.

The candidate will analyze production data, re-sequence or reroute orders to address capacity constraints, and drive continuous improvements for on-time delivery and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of supply chain or operations experience.
• Familiar with MRP/ERP concepts and lean manufacturing.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Master Production Schedule to support planned production.
• Re-sequence and re-route orders when capacity constraints arise to minimize deviations.
• Manage shop floor scheduling by level loading work orders based on cell capacity.
• Ensure work orders stay current and not past due; communicate with operations when needed.
• Support on-time delivery by expediting orders when possible and monitor quality issues.
