Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. is seeking a Production Scheduler to own schedules for factory workcenters handling flight hardware, tooling, and testing.

You will align with production leadership and program management to build end-to-end programmatic schedules, filter complex data into clear targets, and drive on-time delivery amid constraints. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to juggle many inputs, and a passion for ruthless execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 2+ years in aerospace.
• 2+ years as a program manager, manufacturing engineer, or scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for multiple factory workcenters that process flight hardware, R&D hardware, tooling, and test equipment.
• Collaborate with production leadership and the engineering program management team to integrate schedules into end-to-end programmatic schedules.
• Derive and communicate targets and priorities for every piece of hardware and process, ensuring allocation of resources and on-time delivery.
• Identify and report schedule risks, their impacts, and workarounds.
• Perform quick what-if schedule modeling and analyses to inform decisions on emergent risks.
• Create, maintain, and use scheduling processes to identify potential constraints daily/weekly.
• Work with software and procurement to implement an MRP system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Constantly communicate schedule status to stakeholders through reports, meetings, and dashboards.
